Do these species of fish go together?

A couple of issues. 1- I don't know if you know this but the strawberry and blueberry tetras are dyed which is known to be harmful to them by shortening their life. 2- Not in all occasions but tetra can be snippy to angelfish because of their fins, 3- Angelfish need bigger than a 10 gal, they need at least a 20 because they get bigger and because their body height is bigger than the length they need a taller tank. And yes you would have to take away some fish to add the feeder and shrimp. Also, I believe Angels and bellas are semi-agressive and tetras I believe are tropical. You may want to rethink the setup and maybe just stay with the tetras, maybe get some black skirts instead of the angel. Hope this helps.
