Please some feed back about signs of pregnancy?

ok so i miscarried back in july i was like 6wks pregnant i knew at about 2 wks from dpo that i was pregnant leg aching smeels food thing but no sickness but now i had (jan1) 72-80 hours before ovulation (jan 4) so i am at 10dpo right now but i have really been paying close attion to any signs that i could be pregnant i have already taken 4 test and all said neg i started taken them at 4 dpo an just took one last night also the only sign i hv noticed is that i seem to be alittle more hungry than i use to i could go all day with only one meal but now it seems i get just a bit hungery alittle bit quicker and having a hard time going to sleep at night (but might me be so worried about being pregnant) alittle aches in leg past 2 days not to bad but the past 2 days notice alot of rumbling in my stomach that i hv never had before and (so for this ) but farting all the time in the past wk also just some twiches here and there in my lower stomach area i am so excited to be pregnant and since i had the miscarriage i dnt want to be disapointed either so any help would help so if anyone could give me feed back what they experienced or how soon after ovulation did they no they were pregnant would help
