Self-hypnotizing?!?!?!?!?!!!?!…

Ok, so im going watch a self-hypnotizing video on the internet, to hypnotize myself. I just want to make sure i can snap-out of it okay. So can i snap out of it okay? (only people with experience please answer) Also, any suggestions? Any good on-line self hypnotizing videos that relaxed your inner mind, and breath slow and easy, and all that, that you use/used and it worked or you like? Thanks again for all your answers!
