Suddenly illiterate?!?

So I was fixing my internet tonight and suddenly I couldn't read or write! I tried texting my mom and I couldn't remember how to spell anything and nothing made sense. This really scared me, does anyone have any idea what's wrong with me. After talking to my mom on the phone I tried again and was able to spell and read.
