Any tips or advice on baby-stuff brands?

Hello! I'm 6 months pregnant with my first and so excited and was wondering if any of you moms/dads have certain products that you just love/hate and wouldn't mind sharing your advice! Anything from nursing pillows/pumps to baby baths to moniters, thermometers, diaper genies and baby einstein! It's all appreciated! Thank you! :)
