Help with losing weight please?

Hm.. I'm not sure about your diet plan because its virtually impossible to lose weight that fast. Therefore , i'm uming that the weight you lost is not 100% fat. What i'm saying is everyone can lose fat as long as they cut down their calories intake to 500 less than your calorie maintenance intake. But without doing any exercise , you will have to force yourself to eat less. Anyway , muscle will not turn into fat , they are literally two different things. Besides ,you will lose some muscle if you stop working out but you can gain them easily becoz there are one thing called 'muscle memory'. Finally about the workout plan, you can try doing interval training (look them up on the internet) or some traditional cardio ( running , skipping rope). You can add push ups , sit ups , squats and chin ups in your muscle building program too ( feel free to lift weight if you have dumbbell or barbell).
