How to put a link on my desk top wallpaper for example : if i want to put www.yahoo.com on my wallpaper?

actually iam maintaining the netcafe i want to give fast service to my costumers like ex: iwant to put yahoo.com on my wallpaper in desktop so costumer can easily acsses instead of typin he simply clicks the link on desktop but how i dont know please send the answers as soon as possible
