I have foreign currency left from a trip to Venezuela. I have Bolivares to exchange for USD. Where can I go?

My husband is a bank manager and knows of nowhere to exchange these, but there's got to be somewhere. I have 250,000 bolivares which I think is just over $100. Thanks!!!
