PLS HELP!!!!! Got mouses in my house n my landlord hasnt really done anything, who should i do?? ?

Hi, here from las vegas, nv n living in HUD apartments (public housing). I stay at the rose garden townhomes n have bn living here for 3yrs n have never had a problem with mice! Just alst month I started to c them downstairs by my fridge. I've caught 4 already n it seems to be getting worse. I have reported this to my manager n all she gots to say is that its bcuz of my living conditions ( that I don't clean). First of I do clean its just so easy for the manager to blame it on the resident. I've talk to my neighbors n they r also starting to get mice. I got 4 kids n it worries me. Idk who to call to report this n to have them come n see that this mice r taking over this building? Pls anybody help me, n also I don't nd the stupid comments bout to get a cat or to move out
