I broke my ankle and tore my Achilles tendon fairly badly in the same accident.. I had all the surgeries and stuff - the doctors said I was better.. That was 8 years ago. Now, I'm starting to notice that whenever I run or take my kickboxing cles that ankle heats up and becomes VERY painful for the next few days. I was wondering if anything can be done about this or if I have to deal with those random pains for the rest of my life..?
