I need several opinions!?

OK, here's the problem: I'm 21, and am going back to school to get another ociates. I was pretty sure I was going to go back for Early Childhood, and eventually become a Preschool Teacher (I'm really good with children, I'd get summers off, I wouldn't have to deal with teaching older kids), but ever since I was little, I wanted to be a baker, but changed my mind when I was 14ish (I'm 21 now), and decided I wanted to be a State Trooper, and so got an A.A.S. in Criminal Justice, but things happened in the last year, and that career path is no longer an option. I love to bake, and create things in the kitchen. So my question is, after this long monologue, do you think I should go for Early Childhood, and become a Preschool Teacher, or Should I go for Culinary, with an emphasis in baking? Thanks!
