Is it possible to add a graphic or picture to a Yahoo Answer?

No. These text boxes are very, very simple meaning they don't support pictures, underlining, bold, italics, html code, etc... Pretty much all they allow are plain text, unicode, and hypertext (links). You could open an account on photobucket (or any other photo upload site) and upload screenshots there and put the link here, that seems to work the best.
