What is the highest speed limit in the United States? Is there an 85mph speed limit anywhere in the US?

I once saw I believe in Montana a place with a posted speed limit of 85mph. I also saw in Texas that there is an approval for an 85mph speed limit but no approved roads have been built as of Sep 06. It was part of some corridor area.
